1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any product or service published by Serenity Games OÜ (“Serenity Games”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use our services.
2. The service
We provide native and web applications for iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS and the web. We may update, change or discontinue features from time to time to keep our products healthy.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secret.
- You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
- You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to circumvent security controls.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse engineer the apps (except where allowed by law); use them to harass, defraud, or harm others; upload malicious content; or use automated systems to scrape data.
5. Purchases & subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, code, designs and content that make up our apps belong to Serenity Games or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the apps in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenity Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time and request the deletion of your account.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
