1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Serenity Games OÜ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our applications on devices that you own or control.
2. Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, sublicense, lease or sell the applications.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the applications, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- You may not remove proprietary notices or labels from the applications.
3. Updates
We may push updates to keep the applications secure and stable. By using the applications you consent to those updates being delivered automatically.
4. Third-party stores
If you obtained the application from the App Store, you also accept Apple's standard EULA. If you obtained it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. Where there's a conflict, the third-party store's terms prevail with respect to the distribution of the app.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using and delete all copies of the applications.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The applications are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenity Games shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the applications.
